Robert Joseph has an unusually broad experience of the international wine industry. He launched Wine International Magazine and has written for several newspapers (e.g. London Sunday Telegraph) and published over 20 books. Most recently, he helped to launch Meininger’s Wine Business International, of which he is still editor at large. He also started the International Wine Challenge, which became the biggest wine competition in the world. This led to involvement in a number of other competitions across the globe in countries ranging from South Africa and Australia to Russia, Vietnam and China. Joseph has developed a reputation for his public speaking - to consumers with limited wine knowledge, to enthusiasts and to professionals. Since 2005, he has collaborated with two highly skilled partners to launch two ranges of wine – le Grand Noir and Greener Planet. Most recently, he has moved into consultancy through DoILikeIt? which provides original forms of consumer and trade research.
